Snippity Snaps have rhodium plated base pieces and you will want to avoid exposure to water.  Contact with lotions, perfumes and excess sweat can cause damage to the plating.  Avoid using jewelry cleaners and simply wipe with a polish cloth.  All chains are stainless steel.  To extend the length of the plating, spray any part that touches your skin with a clear, glossy acrylic coat.  

We offer a replacement on defective items in the first 30 days of purchase.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs or returning the defective items to Snippity Snaps.
